Project Management, Planning and Permitting Assistance
NCRC is an organization with a diverse range of skills and services in the field of natural resources including, but not limited to, hydrology, botany, archeology and forestry. Each of these skills stands alone as a valuable asset to the organization as well as our partners and clients. It is the sum of these parts that adds up to an organization that gets things done, in particular, NCRC considers itself a "can-do" service for those in need of Natural Resource Project Planning, Permitting, and Implementation.
For many years, NCRC has guided clients through the labyrinth of regulations and reporting requirements often associated with natural resource projects. More often than not, the groups of people working with NCRC transform into enthusiastic advocates for insuring the health and well being of the natural resources in their care.
If you are a landowner in search of assistance in making the necessary improvements to your natural resource assets but find yourself daunted by the regulations, please call the Resource Center at 530-468-2888 for assistance.
It is our goal to make you too an enthusiastic advocate for what the possibilities may be.
