Facilitation and Development of Collaborative Efforts

As can be seen by the recent projects listing on NCRC's accomplishments page, each and every project undertaken is based on collaboration. The projects are often large with multiple parties staking an interest. NCRC prides itself on an ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders to insure that the project meets it's goals on time and on budget.
Grass root, volunteer efforts are what make the projects that NCRC undertake successful. Most every project includes multiple sets of landowners and Federal, State or County agencies. NCRC focuses on organizing, educating and motivating the folks "on the ground". Whether it be one of the local Fire Safe Councils, a Watershed Advisory Group or a consortium of farmers and ranchers, NCRC focuses on delivering the facts in a clear and concise manner.
Constant, consistent information presented in the most professional manner possible helps eliminate some of the fears and concerns that people often have when navigating the regulatory issues surrounding restoration and land improvement projects.
NCRC's expertise and track record in the coordination and collaboration of multiple parties is a valued asset that can be utilized to achieve goals that often seem unattainable. Feel free to contact us to inquire as to how the organization can assist you in facilitating groups of people to achieve great things together.
